1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using dPOS - ERP software ("Software") or accessing the Super Admin Web Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, do not install or use the Software.
2. Software License & Usage Rights
DevSecIT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use dPOS - ERP in accordance with the purchased subscription plan or trial period. You may install the Software on compatible operating systems (Android, Windows, macOS, Linux) according to your store and terminal limits.
3. Data Ownership & Storage
You retain full ownership of all product catalogs, customer lists, inventory logs, and sales transaction data entered into dPOS - ERP. DevSecIT processes your data strictly to provide synchronization and cloud ledger services.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly, quarterly, or annual basis depending on your selected tier. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal.
5. Limitation of Liability
dPOS - ERP is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. DevSecIT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from hardware malfunctions or network connectivity failures.
