We collect information necessary to deliver point of sale functionality, including store names, contact emails, cashier staff identifiers, product catalog metadata, and sales logs.
2. How We Protect Your Data
All cloud synchronization communications between dPOS - ERP client terminals and the DevSecIT central server are encrypted using TLS 1.3 with SHA-512 authentication hashes. We implement strict role-based access control and database isolation.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your retail business records, customer contact information, or financial metrics to any third-party advertisers or data brokers.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
You may export your transaction data at any time in standard formats. Upon account termination, you may request permanent deletion of your store database from our cloud servers.
